Hanwha Qcells Georiga, Inc. is building a new solar panel manufactory near Cartersville, GA, and is expanding the capacity of its existing factory in Dalton, GA. The Cartersville plant is a key part of Qcells’ ambitious plan to build the first fully integrated solar manufacturing supply chain in the U.S. in Georgia.
