The Fall 2024 School of Industrial Design Career Fair provides an opportunity for employers to recruit the best career-minded students. This event not only enhances the fit between employers and students in construction, facility & program management, and real estate development, but it also serves to open doors to intern placements. This event is intended to connect the industry partners of the School of Building Construction with the following groups of students:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management (BSCSM)
- Sustainable Development and Construction Minors
- Master of Science in Building Construction and Facility Management (MSBCFM)
- Master of Real Estate Development Program
- Ph.D. in Building Construction
We would like to thank you for registering to attend the Fall 2023 School of Building Construction Career Fair on September 24, 2024. This is to confirm your registration. Please take a moment to log into your CareerBuzz account and ensure your profile is accurate for the types of candidates you are recruiting. This is helpful to students who are researching your company and opportunities. This is also an opportunity to post any open positions you will be recruiting at the Career Fair. We have created an event website and FAQ to provide all the essential information you need as you plan to visit campus (e.g., event location, shipping, lodging, etc.).
Booth locations are determined via a random algorithm – the Georgia Tech Career Center does not take requests for specific booth placements. However, if your company needs to be located near a sister or partner company, please contact us so that we may try to accommodate your request.

- Drop-off Zone: Located outside the Employer Check-in area
- Booth assignments: Will be provided to attending company representatives on the morning of the event
SCHEDULE OF EMPLOYERS
Coffee, snacks, and catered lunches will be served, and water will be provided throughout the day.
- Recruiter Check-in & Set-up: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Fair opens to students: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Lunch: 12:30 p.m.* (*While there is no official break, lunches will be available)
- Fair Ends: 2:00 p.m.
- Booth breakdown: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
NAME TAGS
To make the event more eco-friendly, we will not be providing employer or student name tags. Please feel free to bring your company name tag with you.
SPACE & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS:
The venue has required that booth lines, overall attendance, and booth placements be actively managed due to the fire code. We are navigating this requirement and appreciate your compliance. Booths need to remain where placed.
